To access your sales receipt, please log in to your Bala.pk account and navigate to the "Order History" or "My Orders" section. You should find a list of your past orders there. Click on the specific order for which you need the receipt, and you should be able to view and download the sales receipt from there. If you're unable to locate it or need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team, and they'll be glad to help you retrieve the receipt.
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@bala.pk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
